災害時ヘルプカードを準備しましょう Let's prepare the Disaster Time Help Card
「災害時ヘルプカード」とは The "Disaster Time Help Card" is
- 武雄市に住んでいる外国人などの日本語でコミュニケーションが難しい方のために作りました。
This card was made in order to assist those living in Takeo City that have issues communicating in Japanese, such as foreign residents. - 災害が起きた時に、自分についての情報を正しく伝えられるように作りました。
It is made so that one can properly relay information about themselves when a disaster happens. - 財布の中に入る大きさです。
It is the perfect size to keep in your wallet. - 自分の情報を書いて、いつでも持ち歩くことができます。
Simply write your personal information and then you can take it with you anywhere. - 水に濡れても破れない紙でできています。
It's made of material that won't get destroyed even if it gets wet.
カードがもらえる場所 Where you can pick the card up
市役所4階の男女参画・市民協働課でこのカードがもらえます。
The card is available for pick up at City Hall on the 4th floor with the Gender Equality and Citizen Collaboration Division.
自分で印刷するときは、「災害時ヘルプカード.pdf」をダウンロードして、A4サイズで印刷して使ってください。
If you would like to print it out yourself,download the file 「災害時ヘルプカード.pdf」and print it out using A4 size paper.
カードの書き方 How to fill out the card
このカードは、やさしい日本語と英語で書いてあります。
This card is written in both Yasashi Nihongo (simple Japanese) and English.
１から3まで自分の情報を書きます。
Fill out 1-3 with your information.
4から７は、知っておくと便利な情報が書いてあります。
国内で連絡できる人や避難所の場所などを書くことができます。
4-7 should be filled out with information that is good to know ahead of time, like who in Japan would be your emergency contact, and where the nearest evacuation center is.
